I tweaked the ip-autoupdate thingy.. and its working correctly as of Aug 31..

And btw: I am still debating for MOOP instead of NM. I started some work on the combat system... its coming along..-ish. I still think it'll be easier to progress with development in MOOP. Or if the big reason you like NM better is the menus, then we can figure out how to make those in MOOP. and efficiency isnt necessary for DV - MOOP provides the nice and easyness I want.

If anyone is wondering what happened to a bunch of the stuff, like the Zack Wilson forum, I deleted it and the topics got moved to the closed topic area, Cracked Eggs!, if you need to move something because it is irrelevant, but they are still talking about it, move it to I will survive. Abyll, remember your place, and you are never allowed to edit the ranks unless I tell you you can, and clear it by me , as far as these pips, I want to get pictures of the particular things, and make them the pips instead of those green things, so I am still working on that though. Well, the andersoftgames forum thing works correctly (all it does is redirect back here).

I decided to make an attempt to make the forums sort of match the NeeJean website, although this banner is horrible, if only Bret were here *sigh.

Still need a better banner, and to make the entirety of the forums match, but I will do that later!

Aaand.. Are you sure we dont want to set up a free dynamic dns name? Its free, its pretty easy, and just requires installing the client to the server. Its not permanent or anything - I'm sure I could just delete it off the dyndns site. And it's helpful! We can have permanent links that actually go To the server! And no worries about the stupid annoying IP anymore!

It'd be very easy, I registered for the ease of it already on dyndns.com already, and it'd take less than 20 minutes for it to be up and working! We'd have dungeonvalley.dyndns.com be able to redirect to our server, AND it'd have the update script so we dont need the ipupdater anymore! (The ip-updater and the dv mudclient would still work too, just we dont need it configured like that anymore)

I need time to adjust to trusting you, I am used to being the only one that can access the Admin CP, so I would ask that you take that into consideration.

It isn't fair that I am in charge but you won't let me control anything, if I threaten you, you threaten right back, but yours is more important, why is it that I can't have the one thing I control, you have Dungeon Valley, Bret has the Guestboards, Hason has the NeeJean in general, and Hakim has the pouty pants and really huge television. *run

well you are in total charge here. I cant even threaten you like you can to me in DV. Not that you can get away with it, but you can at least threaten me. Here I cant at all threaten you.

And you do have quite a bit of control in DV, more than i do here.

Still, I mean that you can lock me out of DV, and I would never want to leave! But if I try to suppress you in any way on here, just or not, you just threaten to leave, and I have no power because to me you leaving isn't an option!
