Cheddar is what I like. American is what singles are usually made of. Singles aren't cheese, American isn't cheese.

American 'cheese' is not cheese. but it's close enough and it goes well enough on sandwiches.
My favorite, I must say, is either Brie or Muenster (yes Muenster, not Munster). I like the softer and delicious cheeses more.
Did I ever tell anyone how I actually wrote an entire essay on "I like cheese"? I truly did, and it was one of my better ones! Almost 2 full pages on the ways that cheese is good for me, morally, physically, spiritually, and digestively.
And yum, I just had some string cheese. It wasn't too good; I guess it's the cheaper brand. :P
